Bill Little

Bill began his career in the pharmaceutical industry as an account representative for Delta Marketing Dynamics (DMD) in 1989. He resided in northern New Jersey for several years working to expand the base of pharmaceutical clients and broadening his experience in marketing research.  

In 1993, Bill returned to the main office in Central New York to assist in the development of new services in the retail and hospital channels that are still used today. In 1996, Bill founded DMD America and created the leading drug pricing service Analy$ource Online, which now serves over 100 companies. He later merged the companies, tripling the overall size and revenues. Bill is President and Owner of DMD, serving biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the United States and abroad.  

Bill is the Past President of his local Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Syracuse Chapter of the American Marketing Association, 2007 PMRG Circle of Excellence recipient, 2010 RR Fordyce Award recipient, 2009–2012 PMRG Chair of Government Affairs, 2010–2012 CASRO Government Affairs member and Co-Chair of 2004 Spring PMRG Conference. Bill also volunteers in a variety of charitable organizations within Central New York. He is married, has three sons (including twins), and enjoys hobbies that include fly fishing, golf, skiing and cooking.

Bill received his BS in economics at the University of Richmond and has completed several executive and professional development programs in marketing and marketing research.

Greg joined DMD in fall 2001 as Vice President/General Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, business development and medical education. He retired from DMD in July 2012 and continues to provide consulting services for hospital, REMS, and Specialty Pharmacy research.

Prior to joining DMD, Greg worked for Bristol Myers-Squibb and Wyeth, holding positions of Director, Marketing Research and Group Marketing Director. In addition, Greg was a Vice President for PW Communications Group, the medical education division of Thomson Healthcare.

Greg holds an MBA degree in marketing and international business from Syracuse University.

Patty joined Delta Marketing Dynamics (DMD) in 1999 to direct the custom market research function. She leads the strategic design of custom projects and, as such, maintains a high degree of client interaction for purposes of promoting DMD and directing research studies. She assures the high quality of research projects to be consistent with or exceeding industry standards. 

Since joining DMD, she has designed and managed hundreds of custom research studies with a wide variety of healthcare professionals to understand and quantify the drivers behind prescribing habits and practices, dispensing outcomes and patient motivators. Patty’s pre-pharma experience includes spearheading the development of a data warehouse for a large cooperative—and merging this with customer and prospect behavioral metrics to support her goal of providing the company with clear market-specific opportunities for growth and improvement. In recent years she has expanded her skills in digital web research, resulting in increased retention rates for branded drug websites for DMD’s pharma manufacturer clientele.

Patty holds an MBA in innovation management and finance from Syracuse University and a BS in accounting from SUNY Binghamton.

John Raymond

John joined DMD in January 2006, bringing over 20 years of experience in client relationship management. John is the key relationship contact for all Analy$ource clients and is responsible for ensuring the high quality of service Analy$ource clients demand from this premiere price analysis technology. He oversees all aspects of the Analy$ource drug pricing services from licensing, product enhancement and the development of additional product offerings designed to meet the need for sophisticated pricing metrics.

John previously worked for Baltimore Research, a full-service market research/focus group facility. His primary role was Senior Director of Project Management, specializing in consumer-based market research. While in Maryland, John served as Director at Large for Mid-Atlantic Market Research Association (MRA). John is a current member of the National Council for Prescription Drug Plans (NCPDP).

John has a BS in marketing from Oswego State University, as well as several professional development courses in the field of marketing research.

Kathy joined DMD in the fall of 1989 to manage DMD’s data processing systems. Prior to that, she spent 8 years supervising operations for a fast-paced computerized income tax service.

Since joining DMD, Kathy has been responsible for all data processing functions, which include programming, data quality and assisting the research analysts by creating aggregated tables for analysis and final reporting.

Kathy directs activity for all computer systems, programming, coding, data entry, compensation processing, panel development/maintenance and all field work operations (including our in-house phone center). As the Senior Director of Research Operations, she provides oversight of sample preparation, fielding surveys (online, phone or self-administered), validation and verification-ensuring data integrity and timeliness to exceed client needs and expectations.

Joe Spiegel

Joseph T. Spiegel, Senior Research Analyst, joined DMD in 1998 after 15 years of experience in market research. In his tenure with DMD, Joe has offered DMD’s clients capabilities in study and survey design and data analysis, including multivariate market research. In past positions, Joe spearheaded the electronic communication and storage of research results.

Aside from survey design covering the gamut of methodologies, Joe applies rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to research results—including experimental testing and use of multivariate procedures. Multivariate techniques include logistic regression, log-linear models, factor analysis, principle component analysis, conjoint analysis and cluster analysis. Joe’s analysis has been used for claims testing, compliance and persistency measurements, trend analysis and segmentation.

Joe has an MBA from Syracuse University, as well as a BA from Wheaton College and an MA from Boston University.

Eric Zimmerman

Eric joined DMD in April 2008, bringing with him a background in healthcare market research and client relationship management. As the Senior Manager of Pricing Services for Analy$ource, Eric trains/educates subscribers on use of the data and functionality included in the Analy$ource services to maximize user efficiency and utility. Eric also creates specialized pricing reports, such as the “Top 200” and, with his knowledge of relational databases, generates ad-hoc reports upon request. As a direct contact for Analy$ource customers, Eric ascertains unmet market needs to determine the scope and direction of future Analy$ource enhancements.

Eric previously worked for The Schwartz Group as a Marketing Representative. In this role he was responsible for gathering pharmaceutical and medical market data through interviews and statistical analysis, as well as recruiting various medical professionals for pharmaceutical promotions. 

Eric is a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s School of Management with a BS in business administration – marketing.

Karl joined Delta Marketing Dynamics (DMD) in July 2012 as a Senior Associate for Digital and Consumer Research. Karl offers DMD clientele the perspective and experience of 30 years of Marketing Research expertise gained from an extraordinarily broad background in the positions he has held and the companies for which he has worked.  Prior to joining DMD, Karl served as Senior Director, Analytics, Forecasting, & Digital for Merck & Co. During his career Karl has held positions of increasing responsibility for Aventis, Pharmacia, GlaxoWellcome, and Bristol Myers Squibb.  Karl started his career at Research Systems Corp (ARS) as a Client Services Manager.

 Karl continues to be a pioneer in the realm of consumer directed and measured promotion and behavior. Karl has developed many innovative tools and methodologies for DTC advertising, ROI modeling, patient level data applications, and since 2000, digitally delivered content and promotion.

 Karl has an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, a BA from Roanoke College and  is a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
